Administrative Assistant, Law Firm Client Relations Group - Eagleville, PA

Provides administrative support to the law firm’s client relations group including the Director of Client Relations and attorneys involved in the firm’s marketing efforts

Works with moderate supervision and is accountable for individual results and impact on the team.

Core Job Duties

  • Handles all administrate support for the client relations group and their marketing activities
  • Maintains the marketing calendar
  • Prepares, updates and distributes the marketing newsletter
  • Oversees the firm’s marketing library; distributes and replenishes the firm’s marketing materials inventory
  • Updates and maintains the firm’s contact database
  • Manages the  content of firm’s website
  • Assists with the planning and execution of client events, trade shows and attorney retreats
  • Creates intricate spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

High school diploma, degree preferred

Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum of 2 years related experience

Excel in a team oriented, fast paced environment with changing priorities

Multitask and take directions from many sources

Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Good judgment, discretion and confidentiality

Responsible and reliable with punctual attendance
